- Routes 30, 31, 32 and 38, along with several school services, are operating on altered routes and timetables due to the West Dapto Road closure.
- From Monday 18 May 2026, School bus S194 has been extended to start and finish on Kanahooka Road, Brownsville.
- New school routes S269, S270 and S271 provide direct services between Calderwood and St Joseph’s Catholic High School, Albion Park High School and Shellharbour Anglican College.
Premier Illawarra Strengthens Safety Through Partnership with Illawarra Police
At Premier Illawarra, safety is more than a priority, it’s a promise. That’s why we’re pleased to announce our recent collaboration between Premier Transport Group and Illawarra Police Command to help protect our drivers, passengers and community across the Illawarra region.
Under this new initiative, Premier and local police will work together to monitor and address unsafe or inappropriate behaviour onboard our buses. Whether from passengers or other road users. The aim is to intervene early, promote respect for drivers, and safeguard everyone’s journey
The collaboration includes enhanced driver training designed to help staff respond to difficult situations, a refreshed community-safety campaign promoting responsible behaviour on public transport, and the creation of feedback channels so drivers and passengers can report concerns.
By combining the professionalism and community commitment of Premier Illawarra with the experience and presence of Illawarra Police, we’re building a safer, more respectful environment on every route. This partnership reflects our longstanding dedication to delivering reliable, safe and community-minded transport.
