- Routes 30, 31, 32 and 38, along with several school services, are operating on altered routes and timetables due to the West Dapto Road closure.
- From Monday 18 May 2026, School bus S194 has been extended to start and finish on Kanahooka Road, Brownsville.
- New school routes S269, S270 and S271 provide direct services between Calderwood and St Joseph’s Catholic High School, Albion Park High School and Shellharbour Anglican College.

The former layover facility at Marine Drive served for decades, but was never intended as a long-term solution. The constant disruption from major events, limited facilities for drivers, and uncertainty around parking made it far from ideal.
Now, with Atchison Street open, drivers have access to a dedicated, purpose-built terminal — a milestone many in the industry and community have long awaited.
What the New Layover Offers
The new terminal can accommodate up to 11 buses and includes driver-oriented facilities such as a lunchroom, kitchenette, restrooms, and a comfortable space for breaks.
A dedicated pedestrian path links Atchison Street with Auburn Street, improving safety and ease of access for staff and the public alike.
