New School Bus Services for Calderwood Students

Premier Illawarra has introduced three new school bus routes to improve transport options for students living in the rapidly growing Calderwood area.

The new services provide direct morning and afternoon connections between Calderwood and three local secondary schools.

S269 – Calderwood to St Joseph’s Catholic High School

Morning service

  • Departs Escarpment Drive after Excelsior Drive at 7:38am
  • Arrives at St Joseph’s Catholic High School at approximately 7:48am

Afternoon service

  • Departs St Joseph’s Catholic High School at 3:00pm
  • Arrives at Escarpment Drive at Excelsior Drive at approximately 3:13pm

S270 – Calderwood to Albion Park High School

Morning service

  • Departs Escarpment Drive after Excelsior Drive at 7:58am
  • Arrives at Albion Park High School at approximately 8:09am

Afternoon service

  • Departs Albion Park High School at 2:40pm
  • Arrives at Escarpment Drive at Excelsior Drive at approximately 2:50pm

S271 – Calderwood to Shellharbour Anglican College

Morning service

  • Departs Escarpment Drive after Excelsior Drive at 8:20am
  • Arrives at Shellharbour Anglican College at approximately 8:50am

Afternoon service

  • Departs Shellharbour Anglican College at 3:40pm
  • Arrives at Escarpment Drive at Excelsior Drive at approximately 4:17pm

These services operate on school days only in accordance with each school’s calendar.

Students should use their valid School Opal card and remember to tap on when boarding and tap off when leaving the bus.
